Evacuation Alerts lifted; Order remains in place for Munro Lake Wildfire
Peachland/Regional District of Central Okanagan, B.C. – The Evacuation Alerts for the Peachland area have been lifted, with only one address remaining on Evacuation Order due to the Munro Lake Wildfire.
The following address remains on Evacuation Order until further notice:
- 5875 Brenda Mines Road (ZipZone Adventure Park)
The BC Wildfire Service has classified the wildfire as Held, meaning it is projected, based on fuel and weather conditions and resource availability, to remain within the current perimeter, control line, or boundary. Crews will continue a direct attack, establishing and reinforcing containment lines along the perimeter of this wildfire.
For the most current road updates from the Ministry of Forests Service Roads for Munro Lake, Peachland, Peachland-Glen Lake and Peachland-Trout visit the Okanagan Shuswap Natural Resource District Road Safety Information website.
Unless conditions change, the Emergency Operations Centre will not be providing further updates until further notice.

- Avoid the area so emergency responders can effectively perform their duties
- Call 911 in case of emergency
